dc.description.abstractLatar Belakang : Word health organization (WHO) menyatakan secara resmi virus corona COVID-19 sebagai pandemi pada tanggal 11 maret 2020. Resusitasi jantung paru (RJP) di rumah sakit pada pasien penyakit corona virus (COVID-19) menghadirkan tantangan unik. Proses RJP dapat tertunda karena prosedur karantina. Tujuan : Diketahuinya Gambaran Penatalaksanaan Resuitasi Jantung Paru Selama Masa Pandemi COVID-19. Metode : Studi literatur dengan menggunakan 8 jurnal internasional dan 2 jurnal nasional. Hasil Penelitian : Dari hasil review 10 jurnal terdapat teknik RJP pada masa pandemi yaitu dimulai dari teknik defibrilasi, kompersi dada dengan APD lengkap, intervensi jalan nafas, identifikasi penyebab reversible dan rencana post-resusitasi, bersihkan dan dekontaminasi, lepas APD dan buang clinical waste. Dan penatalaksanan RJP pada masa pandemi meliputi fasilitas yaitu ventilasi menggukan alat HEPA fliter, box aerosol. Untuk prosedur RJP di lakukan di ruangan khusus, staf terbatas, menggunakan APD lengkap. Kesimpulan : Adanya perbedaan RJP pada saat sebelum dan saat pandemi COVID-19 dirumah sakit.id_ID
