dc.description.abstractPendahuluan : Kram otot adalah salah satu komplikasi paling umum yang terjadi selama hemodialisa disebabkan oleh terlalu banyak ultrafiltrasi dialisis menyebabkan kram otot. Otot yang paling sering terkena adalah gastrocnemius (otot betis), trisep (otot di bagian atas lengan), hamstring (otot di belakang paha), dan quadriceps (otot di depan paha). banyak metode komplomenter untuk mengurangi kram yang sedang menjalani hemodialisa, latihan peregangan pada otot dapat langsung mengurangi kram. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas intradialytic stretching exercise terhadap kram otot pada pasien chronic Kidney Disease yang menjalani hemodialisa. Metode : Pencarian artikel jurnal pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengakses database pada Google Scholar, Science Direct, Research Gate dan PubMed dengan kata kunci sesuai dengan masalah pada penelitian. Hasil : Diperoleh sepuluh artikel dengan lima menggunakan Quasi. Experimental, empat artikel menggunakan One Grup Pre-Post tst Design dan satu menggunakan True desain. Artikel 10 penelitian didapatkan intradialysis stretching exercise yang dapat mengurangi muscle cramp pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa. Kesimpulan : dapat disimpulkan bahwa intradialysis stretching exercise dapat mengurangi muscle cramp pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa.id_ID
