dc.description.abstract | The purpose of our research is to describe the types of transnational corporations in tourism from the standpoint of the exis ting approaches to the typology of corporate models and to outline their advantages. The authors used the methods of logical and statistical analysis and the method of large-scale comparison of the analyzed phenomena. The authors described in detail American, German, and Islamic models of tourism conglomerates; analyzed sources of their global competitiveness.
