dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Moraleand Work Supervision on Employee Performance at PT Segar Harum Kalimantan. This analysis uses the independent variable (X), namely work enthusiasm and work supervision and the dependent variable(Y), namely employee performance.This Research Is A Quantitative research. The population in this study were all staff employees who servedat PT Segar Harum Kalimantan, totaling 93 people. Data collection technique swere obtained by using aquestion naire using a Likert scale measurement for employees of PT Segar Harum Kalimantan. These results were collected and then processed and analyzed using Multiple LinearRegression,after which a Hypothesis Test was carried out. Researchers used the T-test and F-test and carried out the Determination Test. The results of the study showed that partially, morale had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Work supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously work enthusiasm and work supervision have a significant effect on employee performance.id_ID
