dc.description.abstract	Latar Belakang: Gagal Ginjal Kronik merupakan keadaan dimana terjadi penurunan fungsi ginjal yang lambat dengan tanda gejala yang minimal. Pengobatan gagal ginjal kronik yaitu harus melalui hemodialisa. Salah satu efek samping dari hemodialisa adalah menimbulkan kelelahan atau fatigue yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik. Salah satu terapi untuk mengatasi kelelahan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik adalah breathing exercise. Tujuan: Penulisam Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) dalam bentuk literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Breathing Exercise Terhadap Fatigue Pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik Yang Menjalani Hemodialisa Metode: Metode penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini dengan literature review dengan mengambil 10 jurnal 5 jurnal Indonesia dan 5 jurnal internasional, sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Berdasarkan hasil jurnal yang dikumpulkan dan analisa penulis, didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Breathing Exercise Terhadap Fatigue Pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik Yang Menjalani Hemodialisa. Hasil: Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari literature review adalah adanya Pengaruh Breathing Exercise Terhadap Fatigue Pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik Yang Menjalani Hemodialisa	id_ID
