dc.description.abstractPremature infants are infants born with gestational age less than 37 weeks with birth weight less than 2500 grams. Most organs are also not functioning properly, because it is still premature birth. This has an impact on the stability of the respiration of premature babies. Scientific work late Nurses aims to analyze the auditory stimulation of music therapy in preterm infants in the NICU Space hospitals Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. An analysis of the premature babies showed that after administration of lullabies music therapy when the baby has tachypnea (frequency of breathing> 60 x / min) and bradipnea (frequency of breathing <40 x / minute) occurs stability of respiration in infants with a mean frequency of infant respiratory 40-65 x / min. It showed no effect of music therapy on the stability of the respiration of premature babies.id_ID
