dc.description.abstractOne Belt One Road (OBOR) merupakan strategi pembangunan yang digagas oleh Presiden China Xi Jinping yang berfokus pada kawasan Eurasia. OBOR digagas untuk menghidupkan kembali jalur sutra kuno China yang meliputi kawasan strategis melintasi Asia, Afrika, dan Eropa. Strategi pembangunan ini dilakukan sebagai tekad China untuk mengambil peran yang lebih besar dalam pembangunan global dan menciptakan jaringan perdagangan yang berbasis di China. OBOR merupakan upaya China untuk menjadi negara hegemon khususnya Asia, secara umum di dunia. Meskipun OBOR memiliki jangkauan global dan luas, Asia Tenggara telah menjadi kawasan prioritas tinggi dalam inisiatif ini. Sehingga penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengetahui upaya China untuk menjadi negara hegemon di kawasan Asia Tenggara melalui strategi One Belt One Road yang digagas oleh China. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep hegemoni regional untuk menjelaskan tentang upaya hegemoni China. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data telaah pustaka.id_ID
