dc.description.abstractLatar Belakang: Ratusan ribu terinfeksi, ribuan meninggal akibat covid-19. Coronavirus atau Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) adalah virus yang menyerang sistem pernapasan. Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus ini disebut COVID-19. Dengan adanya berbagai macam fenomena yang terjadi berkaitan dengan berbagai kepuasan dengan stress kerja dengan banyaknya pasien yang terkonfirmasi positif covid-19 fasilitas untuk kenyamanan pasien dan keluarga menjadi kurang sehingga membuat pihak rumah sakit harus menambah relawan tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat stress kerja perawat. ruang covid-19 di rsud abd moeis. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuanitatif, yang merupakan cara untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan menghitung topik. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat hubungan kepusa kerja dengan stress kerja didapatkan hasil p-value = 0.049 atau p<0.05 yang artinya Ada. hubungan secara signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat stress kerja pada perawat di ruang Covid-19 di RSUD Abd Moeise samarinda. Manfaat: Penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi baru terkait hubungan kepuasan kejra pada perawat.id_ID
